1. Inspection Policy

Customers are entitled to inspect the condition of the goods upon delivery before signing the confirmation with the carrier.

Please record a video while unboxing the package to protect your rights in case any issues arise.

If any products are found to be broken, cracked, chipped, or defective due to manufacturing faults, customers have the right to refuse the defective items.

 

2. Compensation / Replacement Policy

We guarantee 100% compensation or replacement for products that are:

  • Broken, cracked, or chipped during transportation

  • Defective due to manufacturing faults

Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours from the time of receipt and provide:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the product condition

  • Photos of the outer carton and shipping label.

 

3. Processing Time

After confirming the issue, we will proceed with:

  • Sending replacement items with the next order (for wholesale/B2B customers),
    or

  • Shipping replacements within approximately 5–7 working days (subject to agreement).

 

4. Notes

Claims without photos/videos taken at the time of unboxing will not be accepted.

Damage caused by improper storage or misuse after delivery is not covered under this policy.
