Return and Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
For domestic products:
Customers should check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the products at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The product does not match the type, model, or specifications in the order placed or as shown on the website at the time of order.
- The quantity or set is incomplete as per the order.
- The outer condition of the product is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken.
Customers are required to provide the relevant documents to prove the shortcomings in order to complete the return/exchange process.
For export products:
After receiving the product, if customers find any issues caused by the manufacturer’s fault, they should contact us immediately for confirmation. We will proceed with a replacement and cover the costs arising from the product defect.
2. Notification and Return/Exchange Timeframe
- Notification period for returns or exchanges: within 48 hours after receiving the product for cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
- Product return shipment timeframe: within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Return/Exchange location: Customers can bring the products directly to our office/store or send them via a delivery service.
